There are plenty of sports betting sites that accept residents of Pennsylvania, however, the state does not yet host any sports wagering venues.

Status of Sports Betting in PA
The state requires a $10 million dollar licensing fee and 36 percent taxation. Needless-to-say, this is not appealing to operators. As long as lawmakers refuse to budge, do not accept sports betting in the state this football season.
Current PA Law for Sports Betting
The following casinos can apply for sports betting licenses but are not likely to do so for the time being. Residents can still access any number of internationally-licensed sportsbooks.
There are currently 12 casinos in PA that can apply for a sports betting license:

Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, Wilkes-Barre
Mount Airy Casino Resort, Mt. Pocono
Parx Casino and Racing, Bensalem
Presque Isle Downs & Casino, Erie
Rivers Casino, Pittsburgh
Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem, Bethlehem
SugarHouse Casino, Philadelphia
