Penn State vs. Pittsburgh Bookie Preview - 2018 College Football Week 2

The Penn State vs. Pittsburgh line has the Nittany Lions as a -9 favorite.  There is still time to set up a Pay Per Head platform that provides LIVE IN-PLAY WAGERING and other loss leaders like an online casino in order to boost profits and minimize losses.

Both teams come into this game with victories after Week 1 play.

Penn State has to have futures bettors worried after surviving in overtime against Appalachian State 45-38.  They were a 21-point favorite here.  Most bookies made out like bandits.

The Heisman Trophy hopeful Trace McSorley led a game-tying drive with less than a minute to go to force overtime, and No. 10 Penn State rebounded to hold off regular giant killers Appalachian State.

"I don't know what's in the water in Boone, North Carolina, but it seems like they've been doing this for a long time against whoever they play," Penn State coach James Franklin said. "I started the game at 46 years old. I ended it at 51."

Against the Panthers, Penn State will face a team that is just 1-8 Against The Spread in conference games.

The Nittany Lions are 10-1-1 ATS in their last 12 games after accumulating more than 200 yards rushing in their previous game,  9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 games after scoring more than 40 points in their previous game and 13-3-1 ATS in their last 17 games after allowing more than 450 total yards in their previous game.

The Panthers are just 8-20 ATS in their last 28 home games.

How Do Bookies Make Money?

Back in the day, a corner bookie had to work 60 hours a week or more. Today's bookmaker spends more time on the beach courtesy of their friend the Pay Per Head platform. And here is the best part: They have the ability to make double the income than when they were putting in those 60+ hours a week.
