Oregon offers sports betting from one of its casinos this College Football season but the state lottery run mobile platform restricts betting on all college games. Do not dispair as a few dozen internationally licensed and highly reputable sportsbooks will accept wagers on NFL and College Football this season.
WILL OREGON IN-STATE OPERATORS WELCOME COLLEGE BETTING IN THE NEAR FUTURE?
No. And the irony here is that Oregon was one of only a handful of states that permitted sports betting prior to a landmark decision back in May abolishing prohibition in all states.
Oregon's limited sports betting ceased years ago and was run by the state lottery. They still oversee the reincarnation but, as you can see by the failure to offer bets on college sports, their offering is limited.
Oregon is not alone in frowning upon college sports betting, but most states that restrict it only do so for games that feature in-state teams.
