ABOUT THE RAIDERS (3-2): Oakland signed tight end Darren Waller to a three-year contract extension on Wednesday night, but the team's leading receiver with 37 catches suffered a foot injury and was limited during Thursday's practice session. Waller has as many receptions as the rest of the team's wide receivers combined so having him at less than full strength would be a blow for quarterback Derek Carr, who has thrown for only 408 yards in back-to-back wins over Indianapolis and the Bears. Rookie Josh Jacobs rumbled for a season-high 123 yards and a pair of scores on 26 carries against Chicago. The Raiders are 22nd against the pass, yielding 263.6 yards per game.
ABOU THE PACKERS (5-1): Two-time MVP Rodgers has posted a passer rating above 100.0 only once in six games and could be hard-pressed to double that total. Green Bay's top three wide receivers -- Davante Adams, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Geronimo Allison -- and tight end Jimmy Graham all were unable to practice Thursday, with Adams (turf toe) already missing the past two games. Jamaal Williams returned to the lineup returned to the lineup and contributed 136 yards from scrimmage last week while backfield mate Aaron Jones gashed Dallas for 107 yards and four touchdowns the previous week. The Packers are vulnerable to the run, giving up 124.5 yards per game.
