The OVER is 12-4-1 in the last 17 meetings.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Rays RH Yonny Chirinos (7-4, 3.15 ERA) vs. Orioles RH Dylan Bundy (4-10, 4.65)

Chirinos was one of the bright spots on the Tampa Bay staff in the first half, emerging as a legitimate third starter behind Blake Snell and Charlie Morton while growing out of the role of a bulk reliever who came in after an opener. Chirinos closed the first half with six consecutive quality starts but was winless in the last five while struggling to get run support. The 25-year-old had a similar issue at Baltimore on May 4, when he scattered three runs and seven hits across 7 1/3 innings but came away with a loss in a 3-0 final.

Bundy is hoping his success last week at Toronto carries through the break after he allowed one run and three hits over 6 2/3 innings to snap a string of four straight losses. The 26-year-old surrendered his lone run in that outing on a solo homer and his 20 home runs allowed is tied for fifth in the majors. Bundy's best start of 2019 came at home against Tampa Bay on May 4, when he scattered three hits over 7 1/3 scoreless innings to earn the win.
