Just two years ago, Rutgers was a laughing stock. They open this season with a 61-14 romp of Temple and come into this game against Syracuse as a -2 road favorite.
Both these teams won last week but Rutgers really looked good.
"Rutgers 4-1 Against The Spread as a favorite," Segars notes.
He adds that "Syracuse is slightly more talented.
"That crazy offense that the Scarlet Knights run is what's going to get it done here.
"I know it seems like a trap, that everybody is betting on Rutgers but I still like them in this spot."
He also believes that Rutgers front seven is "insanely talented".
