Super Bowl 2022 Already The Most Wagered on Event in Betonline History

It's official...sort of.  BetOnline's Dave Mason has confirmed that Super Bowl 2022 will beat the 2020 US Presidential Election as the single most wagered on event in his company's nearly 23 year history.

And here's the kicker.  The vast majority of Super Bowl bets come in the three to four hours just before kickoff.

Throughout the last two weeks BetOnline has offered perhaps the most Super Bowl 2022 prop bets in the industry.

Because they are not subjected to constricting regulatory laws found stateside whereby the likes of FanDuel and DraftKings are prohibited from offering Halftime Show and other popular entertainment prop wagers, BetOnline definitely has a leg up on the competition.  The company is also internationally focuses as opposed to selling their souls for a small piece of a half dozen US states (i.e. BetFred).

This year's Super Bowl features California vs. the rest of the country it seems. A Twitter map provided by BetOnine shows most of the nation is rooting for the +4 underdog Cincinnati Bengals.
