The Jets were an unmitigated disaster until they did some soul searching, dug deep, and found some heart against the Bengals. Was the adrenalin rush enough to carry them to another win this week, over the Colts? The Colts come into this game disappointed. To say the least disappointed. They had every chance to pick up a win against the Titans, but they managed to find every dumb and hapless mistake on the board. This game ended as a comedy of errors for the Colts, they lost all composure and Wentz was the leader of the confusion. The Jets are a big underdog, is it justified against the 3-5 Colts? Jump in tonight and win some money on what’s sure to be a wild one in Indianapolis. The offshore bookmakers have tuned up the NFL bonus programs so be sure to ask for one.

We know the Bengals have played fairly well so far and Burrow has been stellar, while the Jets were awful going into the game. How did they win that game against the Bengals? Number one, they ran the ball with enough efficiency to keep the game close and stay one step ahead.

Carter put up 77 yards and 1 TD, as well as 9 receptions for 95 yards. Burrow was not asked to do everything, he had a good game, but nothing fantastic. He went 21-34 for 259 yards, 3 TDs’ and one INT. The Jets broke out with 511 total yards of offense, while holding the Bengals to 318, unbelievably, the Jets turned the ball over three times to the Bengals one time, but owned the Bengals on firs downs – 32-19, as well as the possession arrow at 36.21 minutes to the Bengals 23.39.

The Bengals had a defensive collapse against the Jets and maybe both teams were due. We saw what the Packers did to the Bengals early on in the season, but that was the Packers, not the Jets! This team is pumped up over this win and in the NFL, confidence can mean everything. Both teams come in on 3-days rest and of course there will be a homefield advantage for the Colts on a Thursday night, on national TV.

For the most part, the Colts come into this game fairly healthy. Sure, TY Hilton is out and of course, losing a star and all-pro receiver would hurt any team, however, the Colts have had to game plan around this and they have not been awful. Against the 49ers, they were impressive.

The numbers don’t lie, the Colts are scoring 25 points per game and the Jets are managing just 16.3. Scoring has been the biggest issue for the Jets and usually, that works itself out with any team. Possibly, the Jets have turned the corner. Scoring is not our problem when looking at the Jets, defense is our biggest concern in this game. The Jets are allowing a miserable 29.4 points per game to the Colts 22.9. Now, we realize the Colts could be doing better as well, so expect a high scoring affair tonight.

This game will be a bump and grind workout for both teams, all night long. Expect big plays on both side of the offense. Taylor is in big command for the Colts, but the Jets will have a mind of their own with Carter.

Look for Wentz to regain his composure tonight and go off against the Jets. Wentz will shine at home and national TV to boot. Look for Taylor to go off as well and rack up another 100+ yard game. The Jets will hang around in this one, in spite of their bad defense. The Lucas Oil Crowd will be pumped so be sure to jump on the first half.  Make sure your sports betting site is offering the best football lines and odds along with a full menu of betting options that include player props.
