UFC 229 was the most trafficked day for Gambling911.com and, unless something big happens before December 31, this would mark the second straight year that a fight has resulted in the most traffic for a single day betable event.

Last year's Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather was the most trafficked day by a far reach in Gambling911.com's nearly 20 years online.

It's not entirely out of the question that next weekend's Breeders Cup could give UFC 229 a run for its money.

Typically the Super Bowl and Kentucky Derby fight for annual readership dominance here at G911.

The ever increasing interest in big name UFC and boxing matches has resulted in a whole new crop of online gamblers.

BetOnline determined UFC 229 to be the most wagered on event in Mixed Martial Arts for its company (and competitors tended to have similar results).

So when a betting opportunity arises in this sport, why not try to capitalize?

BetOnline's Dave Mason on Wednesday tweeted out the following:

Interesting rumors that #UFC trading Demitrious Johnson to One Championship for Ben Askren (hope so). Will it? Yes -500 No +300

Betting on this occurence is available immediately at BetOnline.  The YES requires a $50 bet to win $10.  Assuming it happens, you will get that $50 returned plus the $10 (profit/win).

Since it is likely to happen (based on these odds), if you can afford to lay down $100, that's an easy $20 profit.

This one is reportedly on the verge of being finalized so you probably want to get your wager in fastThis bet is currently only available at BetOnline.

Jon Rahm was going for his third major win at the 107th PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. He played great, proving he’s ready to be a top golfer again. After some ups and downs since joining LIV Golf in late 2023, Rahm shot an impressive 4-under 67 in the third round on Saturday.
