Though the legal age for gambling with Colorado-licensed sportsbooks is 21, sports betting sites located outside the state do allow those 18 years and up to place bets.  These sites include Jazz Sports, which operates land-based casinos and sportsbooks throughout Latin America.

Colorado legalized sports wagering in the state after voters just narrowly backed an amendment that permitted the activity both online and in designated casinos.

All of these companies are licensed to operate mobile sportsbooks in Colorado but none allow those under the age of 21.
