Well the entire Bundesliga season comes down to the final game for VFL Wolfsburg as they play at home needing the same or better result as Hoffenheim to clinch Europa League group stage for next season. While Bayern Munich have already wrapped up their eighth-straight title, Wolfsburg are tied with Hoffenheim and +2 on goal differential as they head to Bayern and TSG go to Borussia Dortmund.

Bayern won against the Wolves on December 21 at Allianz Arena with two late goals. The game was scoreless into the 85th minute when teenager Joshua Zirkzee put the Bavarians on the board. Four minutes later Serge Gnabry secured all three points while Manuel Neuer made three saves to get the clean sheet.

VFL Wolfsburg Betting Preview: Control Your Destiny

Wolfsburg know they are headed back to Europe but a win locks them into the group stage instead of late summer qualifying rounds. They secured a second straight Europa League spot with a 4-1 thumping of Schalke 04 Saturday as Wout Weghorst scored in both halves while Kevin Mbabu and Joao Victor Santos also found the back of the net.

Wolfsburg is still alive in this season’s Europa League Round of 16 and they are led in scoring by Weghorst with 16 Bundesliga goals and 20 total goals. Maximilian Arnold leads the team with 11 assists and  Koen Casteels has started 30 games in all competitions, allowing 40 goals.

Weghorst has scored five goals in the last four games with a pair of braces. In the 16 games in which he has scored this season, Wolfsburg have just two losses while racking up 10 wins and five draws.

Bayern Munich Betting Preview: Finish Strong

While the Bundesliga title is again wrapped up, don’t expect Bayern Munich to go into cruise control as they still have the DFB-Pokal final next weekend to be ready for and Champions League play in August. Last weekend they made it 15 total wins in a row with a 3-1 home defeat of Freiburg. Joshua Kimmich scored the opener before Robert Lewandowski added a first-half brace to set the Bundesliga record for most goals by a non-German born player.

Lewandowski has a personal-best 48 goals overall this season with 33 in league play. He is completely locked in with at least one goal in five straight starts and nine goals in seven games since the restart while also adding an assist. Thomas Muller is also in great form with five assists since the restart and he leads the squad with 24 helpers overall.

Neuer has 19 clean sheets in his 45 starts but backup keeper Sven Ulreich started last week and could be in goal again Saturday. Manager Hansi Flick has been in charge of Bayern for 30 games and has 27 victories, including 15 in a row. Bayern need five goals Saturday to match their own Bundesliga record of 101 goals in a season from 1971-72.

Bayern Munich/VFL Wolfsburg Betting Odds By Realbookies.com
Bayern win  –133
Wolfsburg win +274
Draw +313
Over/Under: 3.5 goals (O -112, U -117)

When Bayern have won 15 matches in a row it is nearly impossible to bet against them even if they don’t have much to play for. Pride matters to the Bavarians and wearing the kit means they put forth their best effort. Wolfsburg will be scoreboard watching Hoffenheim at Dortmund and likely to go all out for 90 minutes to get the result they need for the Europa League group stage. This one could have fireworks and loads of goal scoring opportunities given the talent on the pitch.

Take the Over 3 ½ goals (-112). When doing so, do it at our favorite pay per head
