Elsewhere the Rockets were seeing lopsided action greater than 80% as a -7.5 favorite in New York.  This line move was following in accordance with the action.

The Vols-Vanderbilt line was not.

Sagarin suggests the line should be Tennessee -9.  While books had moved the line down from -11 to -8.5, there is definitely an opinion on Vanderbilt being able to cover the spread, especially following five straight losses.

Gambling911.com will be on Vanderbilt +9 (still available at some books).  More than 90% of the betting public was jumping all over the Vols at this low number.

We are giving Vanderbilt a 57% chance of covering here.
