Ken Strauss was also charged with making terroristic threats.

Strauss had tweeted after the exposure and shoe throwing incident that transpired in early July.

Immediately following the WSOP incident, Strauss headed on over to the nearby Luxor Hotel and jumped atop a craps table, once again exposing his genitalia.

Police later learned he was thrown out of at least two other Vegas hotels, one for allegedly trying to entice a young boy into his room.

Strauss was indicted on “one count of making threats or conveying false information concerning acts of terrorism”.

He did not attend that hearing.  Clark County Chief District Judge Linda Bell declared Strauss mentally incompetent to stand trial.  She signed a commitment order, sending Strauss to the Lake’s Crossing Center in Sparks, Nevada for psychiatric evaluation and hopefully treatment.
