What Is The Payout On Indiana Hoosiers Winning Against Iowa Hawkeyes Week 1?

Iowa is the -4 favorite to win against Indiana in Week 1 but a Hoosiers outright victory pays $16 for every $10 bet.

Why Indiana Can Win

Quarterback Michael Penix Jr. returns after suffering a knee injury last season.  He should have a good offense.  The Indiana pass rush is decent as well. Micah McFadden and the linebackers are formidable, and the run defense should be fine.

Parker Fleming of BetUS is also feeling the Hoosiers here.

He believes that if this game were being played in Week 9, Iowa would be humming.  That probably won't be the case in the first game of the season.

"They (Iowa) clearly do not have a good quarterback.  They clearly do not have an offense that inspires confidence or even excitement".

Fleming adds: "I do like Indiana's explosive play potential."

A loss within 4 points pays out for those betting the Hoosiers spread as well.
