Abdul El-Sayed Surges Ahead to 74 Percent Chance to Win Michigan Senate Race at Polymarket

DETROIT (Gambling911.com) - Traders at the prediction market Polymarket are now giving Democrat Abdul El-Sayed a 74% chance of winning the Michigan Senate race on Friday.

Those chances rose to 76% at Kalshi.

His odds were -325 at BetOnline. That's up from -250 just yesterday.

Recent polls for the 2026 U.S. Senate race in Michigan show Democrat Abdul El-Sayed leading Republican Mike Rogers ahead of the November 3 election:

• CBS News / Mitchell Research & Communications (Conducted Oct. 26–27, 2026; 636 likely voters; margin of error ±3.9%): Abdul El-Sayed leads with 51%, and Mike Rogers has 44% (3% undecided, 1% or less for third-party candidates).
• CNN / SSRS (Conducted Oct. 20–27, 2026; 768 likely voters; margin of error ±4.7%): Abdul El-Sayed leads with 49%, and Mike Rogers has 42%.
• Glengariff Group (Conducted Oct. 27, 2026; 600 likely voters; margin of error ±4%): Abdul El-Sayed leads with 51%, and Mike Rogers has 45%.
• Marist Poll (Conducted Oct. 15–18, 2026; 1,185 registered / likely voters; margin of error ±4.3%): Abdul El-Sayed leads with 50%, and Mike Rogers has 48% among likely voters.
• Michigan State University (Conducted Oct. 26, 2026; 836 likely voters; margin of error ±4.4%): Abdul El-Sayed leads with 48%, and Mike Rogers has 46%.

Biggest Moves:

  • Kansas is now a tossup. Roger Marshall (R) went from a -180 favorite to -115, and Adam Hamilton (D) moved from +150 to -115, so the two are even. This is the only Senate race where the favorite’s lead disappeared completely.
  • South Carolina tightened the most. Darline Graham (R) went from -600 to -275, which drops her implied probability from 86% to 73%. Annie Andrews (D) moved from +400 to +215.
  • Louisiana: Julia Letlow (R) went from -4000 to -1600, a drop from 98% to 94%.
  • Florida (Special): Ashley Moody (R) went from -1600 to -1000, a drop from 94% to 91%.
  • Texas moved toward the Democrat. James Talarico (D) went from -185 to -220, which raises him from 65% to 69%. Ken Paxton (R) moved from +155 to +180.
