OAKLAND PARK, Fla (Gambling911.com) - ACR Poker on Thursday issued a statement in regard to a video circulating across the internet showing a poker software product called TrenirusGTO being used alongside their online poker client. The company made it abundantly clear that RTA, which stands for Real-Time Assistance, is strictly prohibited on ACR Poker.

Unlike online poker teaching tools, RTAs provide a software analysis of a particular situation during play then gives the player Game Theory Optimal, or GTO, information before that individual makes a decision. This is generally considered a major integrity problem in online poker.
In the circulating video, one of the Trenirus promotional demonstrations appears to show the tool being used alongside ACR Poker. A poker player posting under Firenze/Firenkes publicly called it RTA and tagged ACR, arguing that the program was supplying live frequencies and GTO output before the player's action. Firenze/Firenkes is believed to reside in Tunisia.
ACR Poker quickly issued a statement condemning the video and steadfastly denies allowing such programs.
"We are aware of the video circulating on social media showing TrenirusGTO being used in real time alongside ACR Poker.
"RTA is strictly prohibited on ACR Poker. The conduct shown in this video - using a tool to provide GTO-based or other strategic assistance during a live hand - violates our Security and Game Integrity rules.
"Our policies prohibit any tool that provides real-time advice or otherwise reduces, influences, or removes a player's own decision-making during a hand. Every decision at an ACR Poker table must be made by the player.
"Using TrenirusGTO during live play on ACR Poker is prohibited. We are actively reviewing additional detection and enforcement measures in response to this incident and will continue adapting our controls as prohibited tools evolve.
"Our Security and Game Integrity team has launched an investigation into the activity shown. The investigation is focused on identifying the player and account involved, determining the full scope of the activity, reviewing relevant play, and establishing whether any additional accounts or players are involved. To be clear: we are not investigating whether this type of use is permitted. It is not.
"Any account confirmed to have used prohibited Real-Time Assistance in this manner will be permanently banned. Funds held in the offending account will be confiscated and redistributed to affected players in accordance with our Game Integrity procedures.
"Our commitment to game integrity extends beyond this investigation. ACR Poker works with GTO Wizard on game-integrity technology and analysis, and we continue to invest in tools designed to identify prohibited play.
"We also automatically publish completed ACR Poker final tables through our free Final Table Replayer, with every player's hole cards revealed, providing the poker community with greater visibility into the action after play has concluded."
The statement goes on to explain that "RTA has no place on ACR Poker".
"We take the integrity of our games and the trust of our players extremely seriously, and we will continue to take decisive action against the use of prohibited tools."
