Penn National, which owns the Barstool Sportsbook, has elaborated further on what its newly launched website software platform will entail. Barstool Sports will no longer use the Kambi software, but instead implement TheScore's proprietary platform into its own.
“Migrating onto our proprietary technology platform and introducing a fully upgraded Barstool Sportsbook is a milestone achievement,” said Jay Snowden, CEO and President of PENN Entertainment. “Having full control of our product and roadmap will lead to improved operational efficiency and the ability to quickly introduce new features, bespoke promotions and wagering markets. Customers were advised to use the email they signed up with in order to access their betting account and not a prior user name.
Full improvements include the following:

- Faster load times, deposits and withdrawals
