You can bet the Rangers-Cubs series this weekend following the All Star Break, a much needed All Star Break for the struggling Cubs we should note.

The Cubs lost eight of their last ten games prior to the break, two of three against a Pirates team they have dominated in recent series. Nevertheless, the Cubs were still a small +350 favorite to win the 2016 World Series.

Texas has not exactly been performing up to par either, having lost seven of their last ten games despite owning a solid 54-36.

The last games between these two ball clubs took place in May of 2013.

The UNDER has occurred in 16 of Chicago’s last 21 home games.

The Cubs were listed as a -195 home favorite for Game 1.
