Cincinnati -131 – There is some value here with the Reds playing at home and Mike Leake starting for the Reds.

Leake is 3-1 when starting against San Francisco with an ERA of 3.38 and a WHIP of 1.438.

His team's record is 4-1 in these starts.  He is 7-3 on the season thus far and 5-1 over his last 9 starts.

The Giants have gone 3-7 in Matt Cain's last 10 starts vs. Cincinnati with an ERA of 3.74 and a WHIP of 1.323.

Cincinnati has won the last 3 in this series and 6 of the last 10.

San Francisco is 1-9 in their last 10 overall.  They are 4-10 in the last 14 meetings in Cincinnati.

Pittsburgh -130 – Impossible for us not to take red hot Pittsburgh at this number with Gerrit Cole starting and having a 4-0 record on the season compared to Cole Hamels of Philadelphia going just 2-11.

Philadelphia is 4-9 in the last 13 meetings in Pittsburgh.  The Pirates are 21-6 in their last 27 games as a favorite.

Cleveland +130 - Ulbaldo Jimenez is 3-2 when starting against Kansas City with an ERA of 4.11 and a WHIP of 1.429.  His team's record is 4-2  in these starts. The OVER is 2-3.   Shields is 1-5 when starting against Cleveland with an ERA of 3.76 and a WHIP of 1.284.  Cleveland are 7-2 in Jimenez's last 9 road starts.

Shields ended a 10-start drought in his last outing, giving up three runs in 6 1/3 innings at Minnesota to win for the first time since April 30.

The Indians are 6-0 in their last 6 games following a loss.

The Indians are 6-1 in their last 7 road games vs. a team with a losing record.

Cleveland is 4-1 in their last 5 games as an underdog of +110 to +150.

The Royals are 5-11 in their last 16 games as a favorite of -110 to -150.
