DFS MLB Hot Hitters – April 14: Collin Cowgill, Adam Jones, Dee Gordon

Collin Cowgill (LA Angels) – He’s 16-for-37 against Texas since the start of last season.  Cowgill went 2-for-5 with a two-run homer in a win over the Rangers on Monday.

Adam Jones (Baltimore) – Jones went 3-for-4 with a home run Monday against the Yankees.  He faces off against Yankees starting pitcher CC Sabathia, someone he has hit 17 of 56 at bats against for a solid average of .304.

Mike Aviles (Cleveland) – He returned to the lineup Saturday.  Aviles has enjoyed success against White Sox starting pitcher Jose Quintana, hitting 8 of 19.

Dee Gordon (Miami) - Gordon went 3-for-5 with a triple, one run scored, and one RBI during Sunday's loss to the Rays.  He has played especially well against Atlanta starting pitcher Trevor Cahill hitting 6 of 15 at bats.

Ichiro Suzuki (Miami) – In his career, Suzuki has gone 12 of 30 versus Trevor Cahill.

Mike McHenry (Colorado) – He is 5 of 11 versus San Francisco starting pitcher Tim Hudson.

Alex Rodriguez (New York Yankees) – He has four homers and eight RBIs in his last 10 games at Camden Yards.

Miguel Cabrera (Detroit) - Miguel Cabrera went 11-for-14 in a three-game sweep at Cleveland over the weekend and tacked on two more hits Monday.  He’s hit 5 of 23 off of A.J. Burnett. 

Edwin Encarnacion (Toronto) - He hit five homers against the Rays last season, and currently leads the Blue Jays with five RBIs and 13 total bases.
