Here you can monitor how your favorite G911 Sports Hub handicappers have progressed over time.  If you see the same names over and over again - out of around a hundred handicappers - you know these are the real deal.  This is Week 1 of May 2024.

Capper Robert Jones 11-1

(May 7, 2024) - Robert Jones is on fire.  He had one loss Tuesday night with the Cardinals to bring his record to 11-1 over his last twelve picks.  He also had a winner Tuesday night with the Seattle Mariners victorious in Minnesota.

"Unlocking the game's potential with data.  Robert, calling Cedar Rapids home, where I use data analytics to uncover new strategies for winning. My support may go to the Chicago Bulls, but my analysis is for the advancement of all teams, ensuring a level playing field where data drives success." picksavailable.png

Guardians Come Up Short

(May 7, 2024) - A few of the top G911 Sports Hub cappers did have the Guardians this evening but they would go on to lose to Detroit in what would become an Over game by the 2nd inning.

Andy Ibáñez homered twice, so if you had him with at least two home runs in your MLB player props, congrats.

Logan Allen allowed seven earned runs in 2.1 innings taking a no-decision in Tuesday’s loss to the Tigers. His ERA increased to 6.41 as a result.

There might be some value on Sunday with Allen having to make up for this debacle on the road against the Chicago White Sox.

Last Update - May 7 10:30 pm

Mets @ Cardinals

(May 7, 2024) Miles Mikolas is 2-4 with a 5.68 ERA.  A few of the Mets players who have had success against him have not played especially well this season.  The Mets current roster had 40 hits against Mikolas in 163 at bats.  This .245 number could have a bit shaved off with the poor showing for a few of these players that enjoyed success against him.

Mikolas yielded three runs in six innings Wednesday in a loss to the Tigers and surrendered five runs over 4 2/3 innings in a loss against the Brewers.  He desperately needs a win here.

These teams each have five wins against one another in the last ten meetings.

Jose Bruto (0-2, 2.57 ERA) is looking for his first win.  He's allowed four hits in 20 at bats by the current Cards hitters.

Buttó has pitched well.  He allowed one run with six strikeouts across six innings in a loss against the Cubs on Wednesday.

Mariners vs. Twins

(May 7, 2024) - Twins starter Emerson Hancock (3-3, 4.75 ERA) was charged with five runs (one earned) on Wednesday in a loss to the Braves.  Prior to this he gave up just two hits and a run against the Diamondbacks in a win and had a quality start before that.

Bailey Ober (3-1, 4.55 ERA) won despite allowing four runs in six innings Wednesday against the White Sox. Before that, he went 7 2/3 innings while allowing two runs with eight strikeouts to get a win Friday over the Angels.

Pirates vs. Lefties

(May 7, 2024) - The Pirates' lineup has done next to nothing against lefties this season, stumbling to a 65 wRC+.

Will the Tigers-Guardians Game Finish Tuesday Night?

(May 7, 2024) - The Tigers-Guardians game is starting at 6:10 pm with the first two hours likely to get played but storms do roll in some time after 8 pm.  Could they hold off just long enough to get this one played?

If the Tigers-Guardians game is suspended, know the rules when it comes to your bets.

Twins Come Through for Three Top Cappers Monday

(May 7, 2024) - Simeon Woods Richardson proved to be too much for the Seattle Mariners Monday as the Minnesota Twins young starter pitched six shutout innings of one-hit ball.  Minnesota would go on to twice in the seventh to beat the Seattle Mariners 3-1 on Monday night in the opener of their four-game series.

Minnesota rebounded quickly after its 12-game winning streak was snapped Sunday with a 9-2 loss to Boston.

Woods Richardson struck out a career-high eight and walked just one in his fifth major league start.

“He’s been pitching really well. Today, he was phenomenal,” Twins manager Rocco Baldelli said. “It’s just a pretty incredible start, and he’s matching up against one of the best pitchers in the game. That can affect people sometimes, when you’re watching the other guy on the other side of the field who does it all a lot and is putting up zeros, too. It didn’t put him off one bit.”

Robert Jones, Tonny Ricci, Bobby Conn were the top 15 MLB cappers all backing Minnesota.

Jones has been sick of late, coming through with his last ten picks. He's on the Mariners and Cardinals Tuesday.  To follow Robert Jones plays daily go to his page here.

Scott's Picks Knocked Out of Top 10 Following Bad Two Days

(May 7, 2024) - Scott's Picks has been delivering a profit for his followers but fell on hard times in recent days. He was beat up badly with his Sunday plays but rebounded a bit on Monday.  Scott's Picks was near the top of the leaderboard before this.  He tends to make a lot of plays daily and, while a lot of gamblers like this, his ranking will fluctuate quite a bit on the leaderboard as a result.
