The New England (Braintree, Massachusetts) team continues on in the 2025 Little League World Series, where they were promising a payout of $900 for every $100 bet. New England ousted the Lamar All-Stars of Richmond, Texas, a town just outside of Houston. Lamar, the Southwest Regional champions, took an early 2-0 lead in the first inning on RBI hits by Brayden Carlisle and Luke Helmke.
