Rain was anticipated throughout the day and we really did think this one could be postponed in advance of its 8:10 pm starting time, As of 8:45 am ET, rain was expected through the 10 pm hour.  But by late afternoon, a delayed start seemed the most likely of the scenarios with rain winding down closer to the starting time.
