The Baltimore Orioles are winning around 70% of their games of late, making this team ideal to consider a bet on at this time.

Corbin Burnes Starting on Monday

(June 11, 2024) - The Orioles are 7-1 versus the Rays and looking for the four-game sweep Monday as a -142 favorite.

Burnes allowed one earned run and four hits over seven innings while picking up the win on Tuesday against the Blue Jays.  He won his previous start as well.

Rays starter Ryan Pepiot allowed three runs on six hits in six innings in a win over the Marlins on Tuesday.

The total on this game has dropped from 7.5 to 7.  Two of the last three in this series have gone Over that number.

The Over and Orioles could be considered here.

Power Rating

(June 10, 2024) - "The Orioles received a double dose of terrible news this week: Starters John Means and Tyler Wells were both lost for the season with UCL damage that requires Tommy John surgery. Both pitchers have undergone the procedure before. Means, a veteran lefty, started the season on the IL but had recorded a 2.61 ERA in four starts in May before undergoing the surgery Monday. Baltimore still has the rotation to contend this season. That Corbin Burnes acquisition looks better by the day, with the 2021 NL Cy Young Award winner posting a 2.26 ERA in 13 starts. Grayson Rodriguez, Cole Irvin, Kyle Bradish, Albert Suarez and Dean Kremer (once he returns from injury) round out a group that should help keep the Orioles in the division race."  - Jorge Castillo, ESPN.com

Cole Irvin Starting on Wednesday

(June 10, 2024) - Ozzie Albies is 4-for-6 against Cole Irvin with 3 RBIs.  Jarred Kelenic is 4-for-9 against him with two RBIs.

Irvin allowed three runs (two earned) in 5 2/3 innings and got the win in the Orioles’ 6-3 victory over the Rays on Friday.

Irvin allowed three runs (two earned) in 5 2/3 innings and got the win in the Orioles’ 6-3 victory over the Rays on Friday.  He's had two wins over his last three starts.

With Spencer Schwellenbach (0-2, 8.38 ERA) as the opposing pitcher, an OVER could be considered.  Two of the three games played last season did go Over the 8.5.

Kyle Bradish Starting on Thursday

(June 10, 2024) - Kyle Bradish threw six shutout innings and got the win in the Orioles’ 5-0 victory over the Rays on Saturday.

Though a small sampling of just 18 at bats, Bradish has only allowed two hits versus nine Braves batters.

Braves expected starter Reynaldo Lopez has more extensive experience versus this Orioles roster.  He's given up 18 hits in 49 at bats including 13 RBIs.  Ryan O'Hearn is 6-for-17 against him with 6 RBIs.

Lopez allowed two runs in six innings and got a no-decision in the Braves’ 5-2 victory over the Nationals on Thursday.  He had a victory before that against the Athletics.

An Over and perhaps an Orioles win could be considered here.
