Soto is having another stellar year, and he will hit the market this offseason at the ripe age of 26 (October bday) so everyone is speculating on his future.

o Michigan and Penn State flip-flopped.
o Nebraska’s odds improved the most.

o Utah has surpassed Kansas State as the favorite.
