The San Francisco Giants are a hot play among the top G911 Sports Hub handicappers.

Giants @ Diamondbacks

Two teams that are hovering around the .500 mark and were expected to be much better this season.

Arizona is 6-2 in the last eight meetings.

The Diamondbacks are on a four-game winning streak that followed a five-game losing streak while San Francisco has lost six straight games.

San Francisco Giants (29-33, fourth in the NL West) vs. Arizona Diamondbacks (29-32, third in the NL West)

Phoenix; Wednesday, 3:40 p.m. EDT

PITCHING PROBABLES: Giants: Jordan Hicks (4-2, 2.70 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, 52 strikeouts); Diamondbacks: Jordan Montgomery (3-3, 5.48 ERA, 1.56 WHIP, 28 strikeouts)

LINE Diamondbacks -120, Giants +101; over/under is 9 runs

BOTTOM LINE: The San Francisco Giants are looking to stop their six-game skid with a victory against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Hicks gave up eight hits and five runs — four earned — in 5 1/3 innings while picking up a loss to the Giants on Friday.   He did not factor into the decision his prior start.

He likely won't pitch beyond the 6th inning, which could present a concern.

Hicks held the Diamondbacks' lineup to one run in April. Arizona's starter, Jordan Montgomery, limited the Giants to one run in April.

San Francisco gets only a small nody here.
