Two of the top consensus handicappers at the G911 Sports Hub are on the Seattle Mariners -146 this evening.  Let's take a look at this game to see if they are on to something.  Yesterday's top consensus cappers were on the Twins and Cardinals with Minnesota coming through nicely and St. Louis, not so much.

Athletics @ Mariners

Both teams are hovering around the .500 mark with Oakland three games under and Seattle two above.  Oakland lost four of their last five games following a nice little streak while Seattle has only won four of their last six games.

Seattle is 9-1 in the last ten meetings.  Most of the early action was on the Mariners but the line hasn't moved much out of the -145 to -155 range.

Paul Blackburn (3-1, 3.00 ERA) tossed seven innings of one-run ball with three strikeouts in a win over the Marlins on Saturday.

He's faced the Mariners roster 57 times, allowing 8 RBIs and three homers.  Matt Hanniger has had two of those home runs but is just .213 this season.

Bryan Woo returns to the lineup for Seattle today after missing the opening six weeks of this season with an elbow inflammation.
