Don't think for a moment that MLB regular season win totals are only available at the start of the season.  You can still find updated totals at BetOnline during the month of May, and perhaps even into June.

The win totals to the right are what they closed at before the season started.

The current win totals are listed first.

13 teams win totals went up and thirteen went down. Four stayed the same

Here are the biggest jumps in win totals six weeks into the season:
