Key takeaways:

You're in luck if you are looking for, not just consensus plays, but top picks from those sports handicappers who just happen to be super hot right now.

Do Not Just Look at the Consensus Plays

Remember that the house is always right....well, most of the time.  Occasionally gamblers do have an edge when it comes to certain key games.  And this is true of the top cappers as well.  It's presumed they have studied and conducted research on their daily daily picks.

But it is also true that the public tends to be wrong more times than they are right.  Handicappers are no different.

Don't just look at who everyone is on.  Look at who the current hot handicappers are betting, then see if others on the current G911 SportsHub leaderboard are backing that same play.

Examples

Over a stretch from May 21 to May 24, 2024, Gambling911.com recorded the top consensus plays among the hottest cappers.

On May 21, the Royals were chosen by the likes of Wayne Root and Rocky Atkinson, both with decades of handicapping experience.  Kansas City came through with flying colors.

On May 22, the best of the bunch were backing the San Diego Padres, Over on the Diamondbacks/Dodgers game and the Braves.

San Diego came through big time as did the Braves.  That Over didn't as the game finished with 6 runs scored.  Bummer.

We passed on Thursday's limited slate but had two nice consensus picks with the Guardians and Under 9.5 Brewers/Red Sox.  That latter game fell on the 9 while Cleveland won handily.  Both these plays were winners.

Pay Close Attention to Single Play Handicappers

Rocky Atkinson and Wayne Root, both referenced above, rarely ever lose more than two in a row.  Both tend to have only one play monitored.

Once you have handicappers picking a bunch of games in a single day's period, that becomes a crap shoot.

We here at Gambling911.com avoid monitoring cappers who make several picks a day regularly.
