Williams makes a pretty daring prediction, suggesting that Ohio State should win by double digits against Gonzaga. They are only a -7.5 favorite here.
KC State, meanwhile, has had some pretty big wins this season, Williams points out. They will be playing a suspect Syracuse team that came close to being upset by a number 16 seeded NC-Asheville.
