Every favorite came through in the first round of the NBA Playoffs first games on Saturday. One has to assume the dogs will see better results on Sunday.
The day started off with Cleveland beating Orlando at home 97-83.

The Timberwolves turned the table on Phoenix, a team that had won nine of the last ten games against them. Minnesota walked off with a 120-95 victory.
Anthony Edwards scored 18 of his 33 points in the third quarter and had nine rebounds.
Karl-Anthony Towns added 19 points, Nickeil Alexander-Walker scored 18 points on 7-for-12 shooting and Rudy Gobert locked down the lane with 14 points, 16 rebounds.
“We just wanted to show we were the desperate team,” Edwards said.
New York handled a surging 76ers team with a 111-104 victory while Denver came back from behind to cover the -7 spread and win 114-103 against the Lakers.
Brunson and Josh Hart each scored 22 points for the Knicks.

The Knicks are a -5.5 favorite versus Philadelphia on Monday. Denver opened at -7 with the line moving to -7.5.
