The other West region semifinal Thursday has the No. 6 Xavier Musketeers against the No. 2 Kansas State Wildcats (9:40 pm ET, CBS), with the Wildcats 4.5-point favorites and the over/under at 153.5, while the other East semi has the No. 12 Cornell Big Red up against the No. 1 Kentucky Wildcats (10 pm ET, CBS), with the Wildcats 9-point favorites and the total at 147.
On Friday, the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes battle the No. 6 Tennessee Volunteers in a Midwest regional semifinal (7:10 pm ET, CBS), with the Buckeyes a 4.5-point favorite and the total at 134.
A South regional semi has the No. 10 St. Mary's Gaels taking on the 3rd-seeded Baylor Bears (7:30 pm ET, CBS), with Baylor a 4-point favorite and the over/under at 145.
The other Midwest semi has the No. 9 seed Northern Iowa Panthers as 1.5-point dogs against the No. 5 Michigan State Spartans (9:40 pm ET, CBS), with the total at 121.
And the final Sweet 16 matchup has the No. 1 Duke Blue Devils and the No. 4 Purdue Boilermakers battling in a South semi (10 pm ET, CBS).
Duke is favored by 8 points and the total's 129.5.
