North Carolina vs. Duke

The North Carolina vs. Duke line was sitting at -10 in favor of the Blue Devils in this heated rivalry (all odds courtesy of SBG Global).

Duke has won the last two in this series while covering the last three.  Duke won by more than the current spread in 2 of the last 6 games of this series while pushing (using the current spread) in one of those games.  The Tar Heels, however, are an improved team over last season’s substandard group.

North Carolina comes into this game with a 17-5 record while Duke has only lost two games.

First place in the ACC is on the line and Duke only leads North Carolina by one-half game.

The Tar Heels are averaging 93.0 points on 53.3 percent shooting in its last three games.

"I think this team chemistry is at an all-time high," sophomore guard Dexter Strickland said. "For us to play like this, our actions speak, and it says that we're a team and we love each other. We're playing like it and we've just got to continue to play like it."
