Tony Caliente here with the Cavaliers-76ers betting line, coming in at 76ers -4.

Philadelphia area bookies are damned if they do and damned if they don't.

Sure they want the local teams to be hot, but at the same time all these wins are really cutting into the local bookie's profit margin.  First the Eagles in the Super Bowl, than Villanova winning the NCAA Men's College Basketball Championship and now these 76ers are one win off from the mighty Cavs (48-30).

Philadelphia has been covering the spread consistently too, going 46-30-2.

The 76ers beat Cleveland back on March 1 but lost in the previous nine games.  They are actually 6-4 Against The Spread versus the Cavaliers over that span.

The NBA Betting Power Ratings indicate a line of Philadelphia -3.5.  The 76ers, winners of ten straight could win an eleventh but it won't be by more than three points.  Cleveland covers +4 here.  Take that one to the bank.

Bookies need to take advantage of the Pay Per Head software that is currently on the market offering LIVE IN-PLAY WAGERING on all nationally televised NBA games and other major sports including football and soccer.

Jaylen Brown Next Team Odds

The Boston Celtics shipped Kristaps Porziņgis and Jrue Holiday this week, shedding a ton of payroll, but they could offload even more if a trade partner for Jaylen Brown emerges.
