The final game day of the regular 2017-2018 NBA season and on paper at the start this one looked like it would be pretty meaningless.  Instead, we are left with a "winner goes home scenario" in which both Denver and Minnesota will be vying for a Playoffs spot.  The line on this game was set at Minnesota -3.5 after opening at -3 and between 70% and 75% of the action coming in on the T-Wolves. The NBA Betting Power Ratings indicate that the line should be no more than Minnesota -3 on this game.

While Minnesota has won four of the last five games in this series, the Nuggets have won six of the last ten meetings between these two teams, including the last one.  Three of those last four Minnesota wins were by 3 or fewer points.

If the books were holding at say -3 or even -3.5 we might be inclined to go with Denver here especially when one considers that the Nuggets are 20-5-1 Against The Spread in the last 26 meetings in Minnesota.

This one is just too close to call as the game can fall probably somewhere between 3 and 5.  You probably would be wise to throw Denver in a cross-sport teaser.
