Brandon Bass – (Boston) - ($4.3K) – Bass scored eight points with seven rebounds, one steal and one block in Monday's win over the Jazz.  He’s been playing especially well over the past few weeks and his price is right at just over $4000 where he has made value over his last three starts.  He’ll be up against a weak T’Wolves team.

Kyle Korver – (Atlanta) – ($4.8K) - Korver is on pace to register a 50-50-90 season <> (51.6 FG pct, 53.1 three-pt FG pct and 92.3 FT pct). Among players to qualify for the field goal percentage leaderboard - it's never happened before. Korver is shooting 61.5 percent from 3-point range over his last 9 games (32-52).  The Nets do not defend well against shooting guards.  His price is just $4.8K.

D.J. Augustin – (Detroit) – ($5.8K) - Augustin deserves some consideration at under $6K against the Philadelphia 76ers Wednesday night.  This is a Sixers team that has allowed opposing point guards plenty of rebounds and assists, which should help boost Augustin’s numbers significantly.

Wilson Chandler – (Denver) – ($5.9K)The Pelicans have a tough time defending against small forwards.

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
