DFS NBA Player Picks, Salaries, Betting Lines – April 7: Rudy Gay, Markieff Morr

Gambling911.com has some good DFS NBA player picks and salaries along with the day’s betting lines following what was essentially a night off for NBA fantasy enthusiasts.

Markieff Morris (Phoenix - PF) $6.1K Atlanta Struggled against small forwards heading into the second half of this season.  Morris made value in half of their last four games.  Morris enjoyed great success the last time facing Atlanta with 22 baskets scored, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 5 steals and 2 blocks.  With Alex Len and Brandon Knight out this evening, Morris should see an uptick in minutes.

Brandan Wright (Phoenix - PF) $5.2K - The names get a little confusing on this Suns team but Brandan Wright (not to be confused with Brandon Knight) should also see increased minutes with Knight and

Paul Millsap (Atlanta - PF) $7K –Millsap made better than value against the Hawks last time he faced them with close to 50 fantasy points.

Andrew Wiggins (Minnesota - SF) $6.6K –He flirted with 50 fantasy points when he last faced Sacramento.  They’ll be hosting the Kings this time around.  Wiggins had around 30 fantasy points his last game.

News Alert – DeMarcus Cousins will be sitting out against Minnesota this evening.

Rudy Gay (Sacramento – SF) $7.5K – With DeMarcus Cousins out, look for Gay to pick up much of the slack.  It also helps that Minnesota has a tough time defending against opposing small forwards.  Gay scored 21 baskets, 6 assists, 4 rebounds, 4 steals and 1 block against Minnesota the last time facing them.  That’s close to 45 fantasy points though we’re looking at slightly less when one factors in the 8 turnovers.

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
