Indiana was a -5.5 favorite heading into Thursday.  Syracuse was still seeing around 65 percent of the betting action on the spread.  The line opened -6.

“I think there is some concern over the way Indiana handled Temple,” noted Don Best sports handicapping expert Todd Furhman.  “The big question for Indiana is Jordan Hulls.  He left the game for an extended stretch.  With him in there, Indiana had a 20-11 lead early.  They let Temple get back in and never really found the rhythm.”

Kenny White added:  “This game will come down to: Can Indiana penetrate that Syracuse zone?  It’s getting better every single game.”
