The Lakers-Mavs Game 3 line was coming in at Dallas -2.5 for Friday’s game (no games scheduled Thursday night).  BetDSI.com was offering the Game 3 odds.

The Mavericks are bringing this one back to Dallas with a 2-0 record over the favored to win the 2011 NBA Championship Lakers.  The Mavericks were currently listed with +350 odds of winning the 2011 NBA Championship for a payout potential of $35 on every $10 bet or $350 on every $100 bet.

While the Lakers are 13-5 Against The Spread in their last 18 road games vs. a team with a winning home record, they are also 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games following a S.U. loss.  The Mavericks are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 home games and are 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record.

All is not good in Lakers Land it seems.   Center Andrew Bynum explained where he believed the frustrations lie.

"It's deeply rooted at this point. It's obvious that we have trust issues, individually," said Bynum, who had 18 points and 13 rebounds. "All 13 of our guys have trust issues right now. I think it's quite obvious to anyone watching the game -- hesitation on passes, and defensively we're not being a good teammate because he wasn't there for you before -- little things. And unless we come out and discuss them, nothing is going to change."

Bryant wrote off Bynum's comments as concerns about the Lakers' defensive communication.

"I think the trust that he's referring to is being able to help each other on the defensive end of the floor," Bryant said. "You saw a lot of layups. He gets frustrated when he supports a guard coming off the screen-and-roll and nobody supports him."
