Lakers vs. Thunder

The Los Angeles Lakers, without Luka Doncic, finished off the Durant-less Houston Rockets, and now the Lakers get the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder in Round 2.

The Thunder won the regular season series against L.A. 4-0, winning by an average of 29 points per game.

So, it’s no surprise that OKC is a massive favorite over the Lakers at BetOnline.ag. As a matter of fact, the two Western Conference Semifinals series currently have the exact same line.

Second Round Series Odds

Los Angeles Lakers +875

Oklahoma City Thunder -1500

Note: Odds opened Thunder -1700 and Lakers +945. Current odds imply a 93.8% probability that the Thunder win the series.

Minnesota Timberwolves +875

San Antonio Spurs -1500

Note: Odds opened Spurs -2000 and T-Wolves +1040. Current odds imply a 93.8% probability that the Spurs win the series.

We now have three Game 7s in the Eastern Conference First Round after Orlando went ice cold in the second half against Detroit and RJ Barrett got a fortuitous bounce in OT.

The three spreads are all very similar.
