Miami Heat star LeBron James odds have been slashed to 1/5 for being named NBA Finals MVP in 2012 at Sportsbook.  James has always been the favorite but early odds would have paid out $11 for every $4 bet.

An injured LeBron managed to hit a 3-pointer with 2:51 remaining that helped Miami to a 104-98 victory over Oklahoma City Tuesday night.  One more win and LeBron will have his first NBA Championship ring.

"He was hurting," teammate Dwyane Wade said. "But that's what it's about this time of the year. It would hurt more if we lose the ballgame, so it feels a little better if you can win it."

James, who scored 26 points Tuesday night, insisted he will be ready to play on Thursday.
