Former New York Knicks player Charles Oakley, said to be close to Cavs super star Lebron James, claims he won't be staying in Cleveland.  James is a free agent and has been grabbing headlines during the current Playoffs as his team exited early and there is much speculation as to whether he will remain in a Cavaliers uniform come next season.

Oakley says that won't happen.

"Chicago or Miami.  Not New York. He's leaving.  He wants to go someplace where he can win. He's been in the league, what, seven or eight years? It's time for him to get over the hump."
