Lehigh (26-7) cruised to its second Patriot League tournament title in three seasons.  They also earned their fifth trip to the NCAA tournament and became the first league team since 2005 to claim the championship on the road, beating top-seeded Bucknell, 82-77 in upstate Pennsylvania.

Lehigh is 7-1 Against The Spread in all games this season and 13-1 ATS over the last three seasons (note that oddsmakers generally do not put odds on games featuring Lehigh during the regular season).  They are 9-1 ATS after a conference game over the last three seasons.  They are 6-0 ATS in nonconference games over the last three seasons.  They are 12-1 Against The Spread in all tournament games over the last three seasons.

Duke has won 14 of its last 15 opening-round games rather convincingly -- by an average of 26.9 points per contest.

"We're well aware of Duke's history and the prestige that follows their program," Lehigh forward Jordan Hamilton said of the number two seed. "But we kind of remove all the hype surrounding it and I think that we're able to approach it from a more sort of organic perspective -- approach it as just another game."
