These are your Orlando Magic vs. Cleveland Cavaliers player prop bet base numbers with only slight fluctuations expected throughout the first round series of the 2024 NBA Playoffs.

Magic vs. Cavs Round 1 Playoff Series Betting Preview

TOP PERFORMERS: Donovan Mitchell is averaging 26.6 points, 5.1 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.8 steals for the Cavaliers. Mitchell's scoring total prop bet was coming in at 25.5 for Game 1 of the series.  Jarrett Allen is averaging 18.5 points over the last 10 games.

Paolo Banchero is scoring 22.6 points per game with 6.9 rebounds and 5.4 assists for the Magic. Franz Wagner is averaging 15.7 points and 3.7 rebounds while shooting 49.5% over the last 10 games.

The line should be Magic +2 Cavs in Cleveland and Cavs +2 in Orlando.

ESPN's Kevin Pelton doesn't see Orlando being able to overcome Cleveland but with one potential wrench thrown in for the Cavs.

Although the Magic finished a game back of the Cavaliers with a similar net rating, the model downgrades their upset chances for a couple of reasons. First, Cleveland's roster rates better by virtue of past track record. A year ago, the Cavaliers had the NBA's second-best net rating before collapsing in a first-round loss to the lower-seeded Knicks, while Orlando was in the lottery. Additionally, the Magic have the longest title odds at ESPN BET.

One factor my model can't incorporate: Donovan Mitchell playing at less than 100 percent while dealing with knee soreness.
