March Madness 2010 betting odds were available for all games of the first round at Sportsbetting.com (see website here)

The betting public was overwhelmingly supporting the top-seeded teams with Kentucky getting 85 percent of the action, Kansas getting just shy of 80 percent and Syracuse getting more event action at 55 percent.

The Syracuse Orange are the best in the West Region and are -110 to head to the Final Four.

The Orange will play the Vermont Catamounts in the opening round, favored by 17.5-points.

Duke will play the winner of Tuesday night's Play-In game.
