Marcin Gortat could have some solid fantasy value over the coming days as he will face opponents that have struggled against opposing centers.

Detroit has allowed the 4th most fantasy points to centers while Milwaukee has permitted the most over the past few weeks.

Gortat only needs 25 fantasy points.  The Wizards center did make value against Minnesota the other night with nine points (4-9 FG, 1-1 FT) and 15 rebounds along with one block in 28 minutes.

Not surprisingly, his performance versus Detroit the last time he faced the Pistons was mind-numbing: 24 points, 10 rebounds, an assist and a block with zero turnovers.  He made value with scoring alone.

Against Milwaukee, one would expect a similar performance.  Indeed, he had 10 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 blocks.  That’s better than 30 fantasy points.

Gortat should also be considered against Philadelphia on February 27 as he last scored 20 points against the Sixers, adding eight rebounds and two blocks.

Gortat is a MUST HAVE in your line up against Philadelphia, Detroit and Milwaukee these next few days.
