Virginia (30-3) and Michigan State (24-11) will meet in the NCAA Tournament for the second straight year. The Cavs come into this game as a -5 point favorite. They were a +2.5 underdog last year against the Spartans, losing by just two points.
Virginia may be the best defensive team in the country, allowing just 51.2 points per game this season. Over the past two games, however, there appears to be a chink in the armor as the Cavs have allowed 138 points (or 69 points per game) over that time period.
Michigan State has won five of its last six games. The only loss during that stretch came against Wisconsin in the Big Ten tournament title game on March 15.
