NBA Daily Fantasy Picks, Salaries and Betting Lines – February 8

Gambling911.com has your NBA Daily Fantasy picks, salaries and betting lines for February 8.

A healthy Minnesota team may be good for those sports bettors looking to back the T-Wolves but this is terrible news for daily fantasy players as starters are likely to see fewer minutes at prices that are currently too inflated.  The opposite holds true for the LA Clippers with Blake Griffin ruled out for at least four weeks, the next several days should see low-priced players getting more minutes, thus resulting in greater value.

In regard to Minnesota and the wagering component, the T-Wolves have won half of their last ten games Against The Spread and we should start to see a minor uptick here.

More of today’s daily fantasy picks:

Greg Monroe (Detroit) - $8.4K – He’s been on fire of late and this trend should continue against Minnesota as they have failed to perform defensively against either power forwards or centers.  His last showing was a 21/21 delivery against Denver.

James Davis of DailyFantasySportsRankings.com writes of the T-Wolves: “(They) have allowed 4% more scoring and 11% more rebounding (good for 2nd worst in the league) against opposing PFs this season.”

Gerald Henderson (Charlotte) - $4.5K – We can’t help but be on the Gerald Henderson bandwagon at this moment in time as he continues to benefit from the absence of Kemba Williams.  He will draw a favorable matchup once more against the Pacers after going 7X his fantasy value in the last two Hornets games.

LaMarcus Aldridge (Portland) - $9.5K – Houston struggles with the power forward position and now things will be even worse with Dwight Howard out.

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
