NBA Daily Fantasy Picks, Salaries and Betting Lines – February 24

Gambling911.com has your NBA daily fantasy picks, salaries and betting lines for February 24 and its four games.

Bradley Beal is expected to be out for Washington Monday evening.  As such, the Wizards were coming in as a big +7 home underdog.

Marcin Gortat – He had great success against the Pistons Sunday scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds, getting him well above value.  He also had one block and one assist to compliment the other stats.  Gortat did make value the last time he faced Golden State – Scoringwise, no; Rebounding, yes, with 12 of those.

Andrew Bogut – He made value the last time facing Washington but we can’t emphasize enough how fantasy unfriendly this matchup is.  We would not consider Bogut if not for the fact there is such a small slate of games on tap Tuesday.  His success against the Wizards was thanks mostly to the number of rebounds (14) coupled with Bogut’s low price of $4.9K.

Cleveland comes into Detroit as a -7.5 road favorite.

Timofey Mozgov – He has averaged around 25 fantasy points in his last nine games (minus that recent dud against the Knicks).  Maintaining such an average he will make value at Draftkings this evening.   More importantly, Detroit has allowed the 4th most fantasy points to centers this season.

Lebron James – Detroit has likewise struggled against small forwards. James enjoyed a solid performance the last time he faced the Pistons, scoring 32 points with 6 rebounds and 7 assists.  He also had one steal.  This amounted to over 50 fantasy points if we exclude the four turnovers.  James should easily make value against Detroit this evening.

Oklahoma City is a -6.5 favorite hosting Indiana.  The Pacers have held opponents to the seventh-fewest point per game this season (97.3).  OKC has beaten Indiana by more than the current spread in three of the last four meetings in this series.

Russell Westbrook – Kevin Durant is out.  This means Westbrook will enjoyed increased minutes and production.  He’ll need 44 fantasy points this evening to make value.  He got pretty close the last time facing Indiana and should go well over value without Durant in the lineup.  Durant had 10 plus more minutes than Westbrook in that game and scored a whopping 38 points.

Andre Robertson – The Pacers have had a tough time of late against shooting guards and Robertson comes super cheap needing only 18 fantasy points to make value.  Robertson only accumulated around 14 fantasy points versus Denver his last start.  It’s hard to see him getting far against an able Indiana team.

Toronto has won three of four in the series, covering one of those using the current spread.  Dallas is a -5 favorite.

Kyle Lowry – The Mavs have had a hard time containing opposing point guards this season. Lowry scored over 40 fantasy points the last time he faced Dallas.

Golden State Warriors – Klay Thompson (SG) $7.9K, Harrison Barnes (SF) $4.1K, Shaun Curry (PG) $9.9K, Draymond Green (SF) $6.7K, Andrew Bogut (C) $4.7K

Washington Wizards – Paul Pierce (SF) $4K John Wall (PG) $8.7K, N. Hilario (PF) $4.8K, M. Gortat (C) $5.1K, Garrett Temple (SG) $3K, Bradley Beal (SG) $5.5K Cleveland Cavaliers – L. James $10.2K, J. Smith $4.7K, K.Irving $8K, K. Love $7.9K, Timofey Mozgov (C) $5.2K

Detroit Pistons – K. Caldwell $4K, J. Meeks $3K, S. Dinwiddie $3K, G. Monroe $8K, A. Drummond $7.8K

Indiana Pacers- C.J. Miles $4.5K (SF), Solomon Hill (SF) $3.3K, George Hill (PG) $5.4K, David West (PF) $7K, Roy Hibbert (C) $5.6K

Oklahoma City Thunder – Andre Robertson (SG) $3K, Russell Westbrook (PG) $11K, Serge Ibalka (PF) $7.6K, Enes Kanter (C) $6K, Kyle Singler (SF) $3K

Dallas Mavericks - M. Ellis $7.3K, C. Parsons $6K, R. Rondo $6.5K, D. Nowitzki $7K, T. Chandler $6.9K

Toronto Raptors – Demar DeRozan (SG) $7.3K, James Johnson (SF) $4.7K, Kyle Lowry (PG) $7K, Amir Johnson (PF) $4.2K, Jonas Valanciunas $5K

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
