NBA Eastern and Western Conference Play-in Tournament Betting Odds 2026

Heat vs. Hornets

We were still waiting for the Western Conference picture to be finalized Sunday night when BetOnline released the East play-in games of the NBA first-round matchups.  The Western Conference first-round matchups do appear below. and, even before those odds were finalized, the Eastern Conference play-in tournament odds had already shifted (as noted below). 

 

BetOnline.ag has opened odds for the 3/6 and 4/5 series in the East, as well as the Magic-Sixers and Heat-Hornets play-in tourney games.

It'll be interesting to see how the bettors react to the Hawks-Knicks as many think New York is prime for an upset. The series odds opened at -260 and +215, so action is already coming in on the underdog.
